You can request deletion of your SnapShop account and associated data.

How to request deletion

Subject: “Delete my SnapShop account”
Include the email address used with SnapShop.

What we delete

• Account profile information
• Saved scans and related app data (where applicable)
• Order history stored in SnapShop systems (where applicable)

What we may retain
Limited information may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

Timeline
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
