What does the pilot involve?

During the pilot, we work with a limited number of retailers to map inventory, route orders, and validate the end-to-end pickup or delivery flow.

Do I need an API to participate?

No. Most pilots start with a CSV or Google Sheet. API integrations are optional and can be added later.

Who handles delivery?

SnapShop coordinates courier pickup and delivery during the pilot. Retailers simply prepare orders for handoff.

How long does the pilot take to set up?

Once inventory access is confirmed, pilot setup typically takes days, not weeks.
